Introducing our AMI Community Grant Finalists

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

This is day number five of showcasing two of our AMI Community Grant finalists to share a bit more about the great work that they're doing in Kiwi communities. You can help support these organisations by voting for them to win their share of $20,000.

Nelson Marlborough Rescue Helicopter Trust
I would like to nominate the Nelson Marlborough Rescue Helicopter Trust who in 2016 flew 532 missions throughout the top of the South Island. The service is 70% funded by the community and offers a free dedicated rescue helicopter service, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. By supporting our vital service, we can continue to save lives throughout the region. VOTE NOW!

Whangaroa Community Trust
I would like to nominate Whangaroa Community Trust to assist in purchasing paint to create a mural to brighten up and prevent graffiti on the Kaeo amenities block that is next to the children's playground. They are also looking to raise the last $500 to purchase CCTV cameras for the Kaeo main street to help keep our community safe. VOTE NOW!
