The Great Britain Rugby League Lions return!
International Rugby League returns to the South Island with a doubleheader at Christchurch’s Orangetheory Stadium.
The New Zealand Kiwis, the Great Britain Rugby League Lions, Papua New Guinea Kumuls and Fiji Bati will be in action in the Garden City on November 9.
The first game of the doubleheader sees Oceania Cup Pool B rivals Fiji Bati and Papua New Guinea Kumuls play. Followed by historical rivals the Kiwis and the Great Britain Rugby League Lions battle it out for supremacy in their final Test match against each.
Tickets from $20 + fees (Adults) and $10 (kids) + fees.
VOICES FOR VANUATU CONCERT - CHEVIOT STONE CHURCH - SATURDAY 25 JANUARY
A Concert featuring members of Cheviot's Vanuatuan community to raise funds for the NZ Red Cross Vanuatu Earthquakes Appeal. Joyful, uplifting music in a beautiful setting. Some songs accompanied by musical instruments, some unaccompanied, as well as action songs. Entry by donation - all welcome. Concert commences at 2pm.
