EarthDiverse now offers daytime drop-in Mindfulness Meditation sessions beginning 15 February
EarthDiverse now offers drop-in Mindfulness Mediation sessions on a koha basis on Tuesdays from 12:00-1:00pm, beginning 15 February, throughout the school Term. Our sessions are taught by Pam Chiles, a meditation instructor in the Vajrayāna Buddhist tradition and has spent many years living and studying in India and Nepal. We're located in the Hamilton CBD, just north of the Bus Station at 401 Angelsea Street (side entrance). For more information, please visit our website. If you're keen to attend, please register your interest on-line. Sessions also don’t need to be taken sequentially, just drop by when you have the time. A koha can be left at the class.
