Looking for a place to rent long term
Hi, my name is Geoff and I'm looking for a 1-2 bedroom place to rent long term. Wish list would be rural, and with garage, but will consider anything, provided the rent is reasonable. I'm a very good tenant, fairly solitary, responsible, have secure employment, will look after the place, don't have any pets, no loud parties, no rough friends. The school is asking for resource consent to knock down most of the earthquake-prone Cherrington House as part of plans to build a larger, safer administration block.
