Poll: Should Hamilton have a fund for de-sexing stray cats?

The Team Reporter from Hamilton Press

Hamilton City Council has a $100,000 plan to stop stray moggies from breeding.

Paws 4 Life's Rachael Maher said the group had taken 1500 cats and kittens off the streets in the past year.

Do you think it's a good plan?
