Poll: What do you think - waste of money or vital work?

Two critics of Plan Change 9 processes are questioning the $2.67 million cost so far, saying the city council is ‘wasting money’.

The council insists the spending on PC9 to the district plan - which sets local development rules - is on par with other district plan changes of this size and scale nationally.
