Wintec offers central site for development
It's a flat site, and it's close to the transport centre.
Wintec knocked down a set of buildings on Ward Street and now wants to see a development in their place.

Wintec plans to go to market for tenders.
Part of the site is on Hamilton City Council leasehold land.
