President’s Report: Presentation by the President Rudi du Plooy on the organization’s activities and achievements during the past year.
Treasurer’s Report: Financial update, including the presentation of the annual financial statements. Presented by Dr Mark Kilgour
Election of Board Members: Nominations and voting for vacant board positions. Nomination Form (attached) or available at coffee morning on Monday 25th March at Hamilton South Baptist Church, 131 Ohaupo Road, Melville.
