This course will give you options to cook vegan food in different and delicious ways. This could be a step to change your food habits. Those who are willing to change and adapt to healthy food habits can join the course. This is a 2-hour long class that runs for 6 weeks. The cost for the course is $100 for 8 weeks. All frozen school lunches from Kaitaia to Bluff will be made in Pukete in a purpose built plant operated by The School Lunch Collective.
