Nawton Waist Watchers starting 20th of Oct (no charge)
This is a 6 week programme from 1 to 2.30pm starting Thursday Oct 20th for those interested in living life more healthily. It will incorporate food, fitness, fun. focus and faith as different topics are covered each week. The options of body measurements, blood glucose and and blood pressure checks is available for participants Sue Mooar a retired registered nurse with diabetes experience and Robyn Jackson who has a background in natural health with run the programme. This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
