STRONG Nation Launch Week

Katy from Hillcrest

Are you tired of feeling unmotivated and struggling to exercise while losing enthusiasm on your own? I have the answer for you! Strong Nation is a fantastic group fitness class that combines body weight, plyometrics, some martial arts and cardio for an incredible workout. Think boot camp crossed with HIIT class, but for beginners! I am starting up classes in the mornings so you can drop your kids to school and come and join me for a 45 minute class at 9.15am. This is designed for those who are keen to start their fitness journey and try something new. Over a number of weeks we will be slowly building up our fitness to push our limits and not only tone and strengthen our bodies, but gain confidence too. First week of classes is free if you sign up by texting me on 0276421333.

About Me: I am a Mum to 4 and I know how busy life can be. But making time to exercise is so important, especially the older you get! There is a creche with lots of toys for toddlers to play in if you want to bring them along and there are plenty of back rooms to put babies down to sleep in their prams. I want to make this easy for you! Come and join me and let me keep you accountable for exercising.

Poll: Would you like to live in Te Uku?

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

The tiny settlement of Te Uku could be about to get a lot bigger with the rezoning of 43 hectares of farmland into residential sections.

The sought-after ‘tranquil’ Waikato spot is for sale and is attracting developers from out of the country.

Would you like to live in Te Uku? Tell us your reasons in the comments (adding NFP if you don't want your words used in print).
