Along with the new apartments, our brand new community centre is in the works to cater to your full and active lifestyle. Order a barista-made coffee in the café, meet neighbours at the bowling green, and workout at the gym, all in one morning. And if your afternoon is free, how about catching a movie in the cinema, finding your latest page-turner in the library, or getting creative in the crafts room.

Ethos Cafe isn’t just serving food - it’s rethinking the entire food system. From growing its own produce to composting kitchen waste back into the soil, this cafe is closing the loop, one plate at a time.

“We grow our own food, bring it into the kitchen, and whatever’s left goes back into our garden,” says head chef Chris McIntosh.
