Free mindfulness course for people with cancer
What is mindfulness? How can it be applied in everyday life?
This Cancer Society's Living Mindfully programme has been tailored specifically for people experiencing cancer, and will be run over six weeks starting on 10 May. Join us to find out how mindfulness can be beneficial in reducing stress, anxiety and depression, improving relationships, managing pain and increasing well-being and immune response.
