Garden lights

Sally from Nawton

My garden lights which was spiked along my footpath were stolen for the second time. The first was stolen 4 years ago. That time I put the garden lights from my garage door and all through my footpath. I was upset when that happened and didn't get new ones until last year. These are solar garden nights. Those nights may not cost much to others but to me it was. Obviously must be same culprit that took the garden lights. Does anyone had the same experience which happened to me? I realised that none of my neighbours have any in their garden. ?have these happened to my neighbours too? I am in Antrim Place in Nawton. I am not sure if I should get new ones or maybe outdoor solar sensor lights instead fixed on the wall . Does anyone aware about these thefts?

Poll: Have you seen vandalism around your area?

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

Vandals’ repeated attacks on Nawton’s destination playground could force the council to close some of the attractions.

Hamilton’s troubled destination playground is closed once again after more vandalism, with repairs expected to be completed sometime next month.

Have you seen vandalism around your area? Tell us about it in the comments (adding NFP if you don't want your words used in print).
