Seems to enjoy hanging around Minogue park and only seems to come out during the evening after dark

Just expressing my concern due to fact it flew over my neighbours house and seemed to have a particular interest in people's driveways and my neighbour had their car stolen not long ago

I did report it but nothing has come of it
