Fourteen people were saved in a "mass rescue" at Raglan over the weekend.

“It was a flash rip, people fell off the sandbar and it caused a mass rescue," Raglan Surf Life Saving Club patrol captain Mollie Abrams told Stuff.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.

Discovery of remains could answer one question but leave more

Now, if human remains found near a Tokoroa creek turn out to be his, it’ll resolve at least one of her many questions.
