Vote safe quiz
We all want compassion, dignity and choice
But is a potentially unsafe law good enough?
From 3-17 October, we are all asked to vote in a binding referendum for or against the End of Life Choice Act. We’re being asked to vote on a specific law (not whether or not we agree with the ‘concept’ of assisted dying). This means that every New Zealander is expected to ‘think like a lawyer’ to understand the implications of this specific law when they vote.
Votesafe.nz will help you know what the Act says – and importantly, what it doesn’t say, before you vote. Take the quick quiz to see how much you know about what you're being asked to vote on. Click on this link : www.votesafe.nz...
