teens' stuff for sale: Chiefs shirt, caps, Xbox games

Dianne from Hillcrest

My sons have cleaned out their rooms, and after trash and donations there are a few quality items they hope might bring in some pre-Christmas cash.
Chiefs shirt, hardly worn, immaculate condition, size 14Y, $20
Caps, as pictured, $5 each or all 4 for $10
Xbox 360 games, as pictured. There are six PG/M games, which can go for $20 altogether (or $5 each); two R13 games ($5 together); and five R16 games ($20 altogether).
Happy to take $60 for the whole lot if anyone wants it all.

What's your favourite tomato recipe?

Mei Leng Wong Reporter from NZ Gardener & Get Growing

Kia ora neighbours. We know your tomato plants are still growing, but we're looking ahead to the harvest already! If you've got a family recipe for tomatoes, we'd love to see it and maybe publish it in our magazine to share with our readers. Send your recipe to mailbox@nzgardener.co.nz, and if we use it in the mag, you will receive a free copy of our February 2025 issue.

EarthDiverse: Art Appreciation Café (Thursdays in November, 7:00-8:30pm)

todd from EarthDiverse

Kia ora,
Just a quick reminder that we’re running our Art Appreciation Café gatherings every Thursday in November, and we’d love for you to drop by and join the group! We meet from 7:00-8:30pm and there are two sessions remaining: Thur 21 November, and Thu 28 Nov.

Location: EarthDiverse Centre: 401 Anglesea Street, Hamilton CBD

(Note that we’re just a few shops north of the Hamilton Central Bus Station, and on the same side of the street. Entrance is on the left side of the building, upstairs, first floor. Plenty of off-street parking in front of and on the left side of the building.)

Come by and join us for some biscuits, tea/coffee, some great discussions about particular works of art, and make some new friends!
