Flatmate wanted

We are looking for a flatmate to come and share our lovely family home in Ham East which is 5 mins walk to Countdown Peachgrove road and the bus stops also a quick walk down to the Claudelands shopping centre.Takes about 15 mins to walk into town. It's a quiet street with off road parking although we have no garage your vehicle will be safe.i'm thinking $200 per week this includes rent , power , wi fi an sky tv . t's a double room with a large sized wardrobe an there is a queen sized bed available if needed. Im an employment consultant / facilitator who also has a nearly 15 year old manchild who is very house trained lol ! we are looking for an open honest working person with a fab sense of humour .You can contact me ... Stores are checking IDs for fancy soft drinks and not everyone is happy about it.
One shopper, who asked not to be named, bought some zero alcohol branded drinks at his local supermarket and was asked to “step around into the thoroughfare so a supervisor could see me and make sure I was over 18. I couldn't believe it."
