Me and my 7 yr old son bought our Rayban sunglasses and was happy to have it for only a short time. As almost all shoppers attitudes, we inspect the goods that we bought only after we paid for it and left the store for the reason that we are confident enough to do that attitude as you put your trust to these legitimate businesses that all their products are in good condition at the time of purchase. But this Sunglass hut outlet at The Base, Te Awa prove it wrong when we complained that the Rayban sunglass we bought has several scratches on it. Instead, the salesperson sarcastically accused my son of dropping the sunglass and denied an exchange of the product. In fact, my son's first try to use it is when we are still buying it and didn't use it elsewhere as we haven't left the shopping mall. I feel that the salesperson had taken advantage on us as there is an immediate decision to accuse us when we complain on the faulty product. To make the story short, we end up going home unhappy and unsatified with this outlet has done to us and will never recommend or buy again.
