3 Pockets( one large, 2 smaller) for Multi Tools, fishing gear etc.
One larger pocket under the seat.
Material: Not sure - maybe heavy duty canvas.
Bought from Hunting and Fishing but there are no labels on it.

I've packed the pockets to fill them out for the photos.
