power outage and hot water

Sally from Nawton

I just rang Wel Network again regarding the hot water problem. The staff gave a very good and detailed explanation. Due to the power outage on tuesday night , the hot water cable are affected. There are 7 generators running and providing the power at the moment and they are working through each generator to fix the cable and once they get the power running , they will turn the power off for half an hour .If after half an hour, if the power doesn't come through, they advised to ring WeL Networks and inform them. For those who have no hot water, they wouldn't know if no one ring them . As I rang them at 8 am today, I am one of the place they will come around to turn on the cable once the generator around my area are fix. They will try to get the hot water going before the end of the day if possible. They will be working through the generator over the weekend too. Thought I share this information to everyone that was affected by the power outage and hot water problems
