The Wairarapa Space Science Centre has landed!
Head to Carterton these holidays to take a trip to the International Space Station, drive a mini-Mars rover, take an awe-inspiring trip through the Universe in a planetarium dome or learn more about looking after our night sky as citizen scientists - plus more.
Self-confessed space geeks and astro-education experts, Hari and Sam, will take you through a space pop-up exhibition. It promises to be a blast for kids but there's plenty to interest all ages.
Free entry. $5 per person for the interactive displays.
Open daily from 10am - 4pm, except 25 & 26 Dec and 1 Jan.
Located on the corner of Holloway and High Streets, Carterton.
