Yoga Classes for all
Hi there,
I’m Sarah and I run a small yoga studio called Five Hearts Yoga in Ōpaki.
Check out my Facebook page for details.
We are a supportive environment with small classes (maximum 8 participants) and the current timetable is as follows:
Sunday 4.30pm - mixed level yoga
Monday 7pm - mixed level yoga
Tuesday 5.30pm - Broga (Men’s only yoga)
I’ve also been asked to do a Chair yoga class so if you are interested in that, please let me know.
To book into a class you mark yourself as “going” on the relevant class link on my Facebook page.
Our classes are a mixture of meditation, pranayama (breath control) and the yoga Asana- physical moves.
If you’d like to know more, check out my Facebook page

or drop me an email at sarahfivehearts@gmail.com
Hope to see you at a class soon

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.

84.5% Yes
