Posting here before it goes on sale officially: my friend has a great artisan bakery in the Wairarapa that he wants to sell for health reasons. It is in a busy town, has a carpark, brilliant lease conditions, turnover is fantastic, can be run as a two or three person business and he will stay on if required to help the new owner/s.
