Abbeyfield Open Home
Abbeyfield is a social housing scheme for retired people. It is a NGO and run by a trust. Ideal for someone who would like some company but is keen to remain independent. It is often call flatting for seniors. Dunedin is having 2. Open homes so that people can go and see what the place looks like. These are on Thursday 3rd November and Saturday 12th November. 2-4pm. An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
