bus stop out side door, pub across the road, large fire place to keep warm, internet and power (caped) included in rent
"blue room" single 120 + food
"front room" large twin share with built in wardobe each 120+ food singles couple : 200+ food (POWER CAPPED) extra costs based on previous week.
house is quiet and private, my self full time worker hardly home.
pets considered with ref and pet bond
25years plus working or students
outside smokers ok
boarding agreement to be signed FIXED TERM TIL JAN 01 2019
