FREE Double Size Bean-Bag
Fancy a super-size bean bag? This is big enough that a large guy can be really comfortable sitting in it. Light orange colour, the material is very comfy - I think it would be described as a narrow needle-cord. Its clean but there IS a catch. I fell off a bar-stool (food poisoning incident) and partly fell on the bean-bag, leaving a few small blood stains that didn't wholly wash out when I washed the cover. We've used it since then with the stains towards the wall - the bean-bag needs to be against a wall anyway if you want to use it like a chair. Because of the stains I'm offering it for free. It doesn't have an inner bag to hold the 'beans' so if you're handy with sewing perhaps you could treat the current bag as an 'inner' and make a new cover! No photo because its wrapped in plastic from when we shifted here a year ago. Now we're shifting again, and I want it gone. The stains are the only drawback, its beautifully comfy to sit in and the fabric is lovely. Its at the back of our box room but it would be available for collection from Burnside this weekend. Kmart duvet recall
Kmart will be recalling a number of their Anko duvet sets.
What you need to know:
- The recall is involving Christmas-themed duvets: Mrs & Mrs Claus Reversible Queen Size Bed Quilt Cover Set and Christmas Elf Reversible Single Bed Quilt Cover Set
- A recall of the products began in Australia following health concerns from several families.
- One woman said she thought she was having a heart attack after using one of the products which smelt of diesel.
- One customer said she’d purchased the quilt covers and said they smelled like gas. Another mum said hers did not have that smell but claimed her son developed a rash that only went away when he stopped using the product.
- The product is no longer available for purchase on the Kmart website.
Regardless of whether you have experienced an issue, customers who have purchased this item may return the product to store for a refund.
