Peacefully at home with her family on 18 June 2023, aged 83. She was the most loving and devoted wife to Richard (Dick), as he was husband to her. A gorgeous Mum to Brent, Kim and Brent, and a lovely sister and aunt to Jude, Todd, and Deane. She was a loved aunt to all the Waltons and an adored, fun-loving friend to so many. We extend sincere thanks to Arohanui Hospice, District nurses, Lavender Blue, and the staff of Ward 29 for providing such admirable care. An avid glider pilot, instructor and inspector. A gentleman and a gentle man. Fondly remembered by friends and neighbours; ex-students and colleagues from Christchurch Polytech; and Gliding Clubs and Lions Clubs across the country.
