HAMEL, Joan Barbara
(Previously of Te Anau). On June 20, 2023, peacefully in care at Summerset at Bishopscourt; in her 89th year. Loved daughter of Ted and Hazel Hamel, loved sister and sister-in-law of Margaret and Bruce Hormann (Whanganui), and Murray and Allannah Hamel (both deceased), loved aunt of Stephen and Sabine Hormann, Michael and Gill Hormann, Jane and Jason Mallasch, Sue and Keri Tuna, Raewyn and Dion Rowe, and Nola and Allan Willoughby, loved great-aunt of Louisa, Kristina, James, Robert, Ashley, Paige, Jaimee, Daniel, Tom, Ethan, Jacob, Brooke and Jared. With grateful thanks to the staff at Summerset who cared for Joan over her time in residence.
