Died peacefully at Nazareth House on Thursday, June 22, 2023, aged 83. Very much loved husband of the late Margaret Ryall-Consedine. Loved father and father-in-law of Tim and Leanne. Treasured grandfather of Ryan and Ruby. Loved brother of Charles, Peter, Maureen, and Anne. Loved by his nieces, nephews, in laws and extended family and friends. Thank you to the caring staff at Nazareth House for taking care of Patrick in his final days. Messages to the Consedine family c/- PO Box 10345, Christchurch 8145. A vigil will be held in Nazareth House Chapel on Monday, June 26, at 4.00pm. A requiem mass will be held on Tuesday, June 27, at 1.00pm. Burial at Memorial Park Cemetery thereafter.
