On Thursday, June 15, 2023, at Park Lane Retirement Village, Christchurch, after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family, in his 93rd year. Dearly loved husband of the late Grace. Loved father and father-in-law of Nick and Andrea, Graeme and Gail, John and Margaret, Sally and Bruce, treasured grandfather of Kate, James, Sebastian, Rebecca, Sarah, Billy, Rosie, Jessie, Carina, and Ella, and great-grandfather of Cody. A celebration of Jim’s life will be held in the John Rhind Chapel, entrance from London and Whitmore Sts, on Thursday, June 22 at 10.00am, followed by interment at Ruru Lawn Cemetery.
