Suddenly in Kuwait, April 29, 2023, (ex Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment Lieutenant Y1002868 2/1 Battalion, Burnham, Returned Veteran). Much loved father of Eli, cherished and adored brother to Monique, much loved son of Judith and Alec, true and best friend to Ms Dona Al Najar and Mr Imad Hayat of Kuwait City. We give our very grateful thanks to Imad for his wonderful and unflagging support enabling Mike to be brought home. We give our grateful thanks to Mike’s friends and colleagues at “Inspire” in Kuwait City. Above all we thank Monique Campbell and Nathan Jones for their outstanding courage, commitment and perseverance travelling to Kuwait to bring Mike home. A service to farewell Mike will be held in Affinity Funeral Home, 143 A Centennial Avenue, Alexandra, at 1.30pm, on Thursday, May 11, followed by a private family cremation.
