BROWN, Ruth Jennifer (nee Fyson)

Renovator, teacher and passionate advocate for women. On Friday, April 28, 2023, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, aged 90. Loved companion and friend of Jill. Former wife of David. Youngest sister of Judith (deceased), Miriam, Bill, and Valda. Treasured mother and mother-in-law of Jeffrey and Pauline, Swan, Simon and Angie, Rachel and Gus, and Janet. GranRuth to Jeremy, Marama, Hannah, Jack, Caitlin, Ella, Aidan, Connor, and Winifred. Greatly loved and respected by her nieces and nephews and friend to many. Rest in Peace dear Ruth. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Chatswood Retirement Village for the loving care given to Ruth over the past months.
