On Monday, April 10, 2023, peacefully at George Manning Lifecare, aged 97 years. Deeply loved husband of the late Margaret, much loved father of Ruth, Stephen (dec), Joanna (dec) and Megan. Treasured granddad to David, Leith, Stephanie, Alice, Ben, Ruby, Sarah, and Callum. Great-granddad of Eden, Sophie, Max, and Aria. Beloved father-in-law of Ross, Marcus, Michael, Bernie, Annie, Brigid and Marion. Messages to the family of Bryan Gainsford, C/- 19 London Street, Christchurch 8013.
