A basement renovation is without doubt one of the best ways to add extra usable space to your home. In many cases it is more cost-effective than adding another storey, which can require strengthening of the lower levels - and on our hilly Auckland roads, there are plenty of houses with untapped potential sitting beneath them.

Wanted catio or hen house or large cage or hen house
