Potential Tai Chi Class
### update###
Hi Everyone
First off wow and thank you for the response! I've been totally blown away!! There was more of a demand out there than I originally anticipated.
So, I have secured an awesome hall in Heathcote for Monday mornings starting possibly the end of January/ beginning of February. Still ironing out the finer details.
At this stage looking at $10 per class, which I can drop down to $80 for 10 classes if paid in advanced.
However your first class will be totally free
Just working out the start date and the finer details.
Classes will be around Tai Chi and Qigong. Not so much focus on the martial arts application but more so on the mental fitness and body awareness.
Mindfulness, stress relief, injury prevention, body balance and flexibility.
Going forward:
The plan is once I get this one up and running I'm going to look at adding a few more classes, possibly one in Bromley, Phillipstown and Sydenham. Depending on availability of halls.

Hey everyone
I'm thinking of starting a Tai Chi & Qi Gong class.
The Tai Chi & Qi Gong I teach is pretty gentle and suitable for all ages and abilities.
Little bit of Sun a little bit of Chen and a little bit of Yang and a lot of fun.
I haven't decided on the place as yet, but would love to know if anyone is interested.
At this stage It will probably be once a week on a week day morning. It will most likely go for around an hour.
The cost per class will depend on the hall hire. Not looking to charge outrageous prices as I want it affordable people, plus enough left over to fund my weekly coffee habit 😊
My aim is simply to share the health and wellness, both physical and mental, benefits of Tai Chi. Right now more than ever we need a little help with our mental health.
So if your interested just pop a comment below.
Cheers
Lee
