DANNY from Woolston

SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT AND A BIT OF FUN...

We have the opportunity to use the services of Mode de vie Photography www.modedevie.co.nz.... I need a group of people of all ages (18+) who would be happy to have their photos taken at chosen locations around Lyttelton on Sunday afternoon.

Mode de vie Photography would like to use them to build a portfolio for a new service about to be featured on there website they are providing Profile/Dating Photos and I would like to get some professional group photo's to promote the new Epic6 Social Networking website www.epic6.co.nz...

If you are happy to have your images on Mode de vie Photography and Epic6 Social Networking website(s) then please come along for some fun!

For a small fee $19.95 + GST you will be able to purchase these images as you may like to use them yourself. Ideal for social media and your online profiles such as; Facebook, Linkedin, Meetup, FSO, Elite Singles and Epic6!

I will be in Lyttelton from 2:30 PM at Albion Square (44 London St, Lyttelton 8082) after the photo shoot we will be having drinks at Civil and Naval. Bring some nice clothes and some casual ones as well, promise you it will be lots of fun ;-)

DATING PHOTOS

We all want some spectacular photos that show off our best features. Don't settle for less with a blurry selfie or dark unflattering photo you took in the bathroom or your best mate took while you were at a bar.

Why put up with bad dating profile photos. Get ahead of the pack and show your inner style and personality with some amazing dating photos. Look your best and show off your talents and interests to find your potential mate.

How many times have you looked at terrible dating photos and swiped past the photo because it was too dark, or small or out of focus. Yes we can all grab out our cell phone and snap a couple of selfies, but really, don't you want to look your best?

⚠️ DOGS DIE IN HOT CARS. If you love them, don't leave them. ⚠️

The Team from SPCA New Zealand

It's a message we share time and time again, and this year, we're calling on you to help us spread that message further.
Did you know that calls to SPCA about dogs left inside hot cars made up a whopping 11% of all welfare calls last summer? This is a completely preventable issue, and one which is causing hundreds of dogs (often loved pets) to suffer.
Here are some quick facts to share with the dog owners in your life:

👉 The temperature inside a car can heat to over 50°C in less than 15 minutes.
👉 Parking in the shade and cracking windows does little to help on a warm day. Dogs rely on panting to keep cool, which they can't do in a hot car.
👉 This puts dogs at a high risk of heatstroke - a serious condition for dogs, with a mortality rate between 39%-50%.
👉 It is an offence under the Animal Welfare Act to leave a dog in a hot vehicle if they are showing signs of heat stress. You can be fined, and prosecuted.
SPCA has created downloadable resources to help you spread the message even further. Posters, a flyer, and a social media tile can be downloaded from our website here: www.spca.nz...
We encourage you to use these - and ask your local businesses to display the posters if they can. Flyers can be kept in your car and handed out as needed.
This is a community problem, and one we cannot solve alone. Help us to prevent more tragedies this summer by sharing this post.
On behalf of the animals - thank you ❤️
