Re: Insulation
Do you know that if you are a tenant, your landlord must disclose if there is insulation in your home? If you are not sure if your house is insulated talk to your landlord. From 1 July 2019, it will be mandatory for all rental homes to have ceiling and underfloor insulation that is up to a certain standard. Call us on 0800 367 222 to check your rights and obligations as a tenant or landlord. You can also find more information on the Tenancy Services website:
