www.facebook.com... Next Thursday, the “Letterboxes” campaign is being launched to highlight the EQC and Insurance limbo thousands of us are still in #7YearsOn The website, twitter account and FB page will go live then too. This is to coincide with Feb 22, the 7th anniversary of the CHCH EQ.

The Facebook page will explain more later, but if you are capable of taking a photo of your letterbox then you can be a part of this. Even If you’re outside CHCH, we need you. If you’re a celeb or have a profile, we need you. If you’re stuck in Eqc / insurance limbo - we definitely need you. If you support those stuck - We need you. On Thurs 15th Feb we will be holding a silent, respectful protest, 10am. More info to follow.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
