Christchurch Hospital car park plan to be released 'very soon' - Megan Woods

Nicole Mathewson Reporter from The Press

Plans for a new car park near Christchurch Hospital are “pretty much there”, Canterbury Regeneration Minister Megan Woods has promised.

Woods made the comment on Twitter on Thursday evening in response to a complaint from a member of the public about Christchurch’s lack of hospital parking.

"Please be assured that we understand just how much of a problem the lack of a carpark is. I have been working on the details of a solution that's pretty much there - more to say very soon," she wrote.

Has the lack of hospital parking been a problem for you? Where do you think a new parking building or site should go?
