Family violence is a growing problem in Christchurch and has been since the earthquakes. A meeting is being held in the St Albans Community Centre in August to bring together members of the public and groups at the coalface to share knowledge and experience and find ways to tackle the problem. Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
