Papanui High School Yoga Course Term 2
Papanui High School is offering a Hatha Yoga class as part of our Nightschool Programme. This class will give you an introduction to postures (Asana), breathing and relaxation techniques. A good grounding before entering a more challenging class.

REQUIREMENTS Students to wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and a two towels. Class not suitable for pregnant students. For students with any medical condition you must get clearance from your health professional before starting classes.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
