Do you want to keep your fitness levels up over the winter?
Would you like to try something new? Papanui High School is offering a Booty barre night class in Term 2 starting on Monday
7 May 7.30-8.30 pm for 7 weeks at a cost of $98. Booty Barre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates and Yoga that will tone and define the whole body. Booty barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element ulitizing the barre. The course which is limited to 10 students is being taught by Catherine Flemmer who is a qualified and experienced instructor.
