Hoop Dance for Fun and Fitness Course
Have fun and get fit while learning awesome tricks with a hula hoop! During this course you will learn the basics of hooping both on and off the body. These will be combined into a short routine which you will have the chance to show off to family and friends on the last day of the course when we invite everyone to come and have a hula hoop dance party.
