small rental home wanted
A full-time working mum and her pre-school daughter are looking to rent a place they could call home, long-term. A 1-2 bedroom little house/cottage, dry, warm, tidy and quiet. Cashmere area would be great but happy to look into others too. A little fully-fenced backyard would be a huge plus as well as a (partly) furnished property (certainly not a must though). We are quiet, tidy and respectful tenants, busy and often away skiing, hiking and camping, house-proud, always pay on time and can provide glowing references. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
