Nutrition seminar
Hi everyone. We are holding a nutrition seminar THIS Thursday 23rd from 7.00 to 8.00 pm at our studio gym in Woolston, to be taken by registered Nutritionist Bek Parry. The evening will feature a lecture from Bek on basic principles of healthy eating for weight management, general health, vitality and exercise. There will be a power point presentation outlining all this and more and there will be plenty of opportunity for you to take notes of the key facts as we go along.
