SRA Zoom Meeting Monday 11th May at 7.30pm

Julie Tobbell from Somerfield Residents Association

Hi all,
I hope life in lockdown is going okay for you all and hopefully as we go to Level 2 we will return to some form of 'Normal' again?!

Tonight's SRA MEETING VIA ZOOM!

Due to still being in Covid-19 Level 3 - our planned SRA Meeting is unable to occur tonight at Somerfield Community Centre.

However our SRA Committee are still planning to meet up via the Zoom App at 7.30pm.

We plan to be brief & mainly discuss how SRA may best assist our families or individuals post Covid-19.

Additional ideas & interested residents for this Zoom meeting is most welcome!

Your device / laptop will require the Zoom app downloaded prior then simply copy & paste in the link below.

This is the first time I have ever hosted a Zoom meeting so hopefully it will be successful & we may all have a fair opportunity to be heard.

Meanwhile, if you know of anyone who may require assistance in Level 2 - or who has had a difficult or lonely time in Levels 3 & 4 - I would like to know and maybe we have more opportunity to assist them in some useful way?

Potential Topics for Discussion tonight:

SRA Communicating with our Community Post Covid-19

Safer Pedestrian Intersections

Potential Somerfield Park Improvements

SRA Community Event planning

Other Ideas welcome

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Clifford Jose, legal counsel to the late Mr. Robert Fitzpatrick, an American consultant formerly with Shell UK Ltd in London. Tragically, Mr. Fitzpatrick passed away in the EgyptAir Flight 990 crash on October 31, 1999.

Despite exhaustive efforts, we have been unable to locate any next of kin or ascertain the existence of a valid will. Consequently, I am reaching out to seek your assistance in this matter.

Please find attached further details for your review.

Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.

Yours sincerely,
Barrister Clifford Jose
