Every wanted to try Taekwondo?
Free open night and demonstration.
Wednesday 28th October 5pm and 6pm
Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Fitness, strength, discipline, club atmosphere - really awesome members and always happy to see someone new.
Just bring yourself, nothing else required.
We'll answer your questions.
You can join the class, watch, ask questions.
All are welcome.

There's even a sofa for Mum and Dad to sit and watch if you join the class.
