****Flatmate Wanted , House with central heating and anti condensation system***

I have three bedrooms for rent. The house is located in a quiet street in Sockburn. Nearby the Racecourse. New kitchen. 2 double rooms, and 1 single . fully furnished rooms . Preferably fulltime student or worker, non smoker. Unfortunatly no pets allowed . Warm house with central heating and anti condensation system .

The house is close to the riccarton shops, Church Corner, Hornby , Wigram residential, industrial area and the University of Canterbury. Rent is 145$(single ) or 210 (couples ) + expenses. Expenses are Power, Internet-Wifi(FibreXtra fast,unlimited) and Gas (hotwater). Amenities provided Blue RAY PLAYER and Smart TV ,Neon TV, dish washing machine , washing machine. Coffee machine , BBQ etc . Bills shared equally. 2 weeks bond in advance. I live with my partner and we both are professionals fulltime workers. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
